As a Member of 3x6 Pro Ad Exchange I request that the administrator do NOT give out any of my submitted personal information for any reason.

I further agree that I will be using an email address that does NOT lead to a non-existent email account or a catch all account that will fill up and bounce emails. I further understand that should emails sent to me bounce, I accept I will likely have my account deleted and lose any Income that I may have earned.

** I know that in order for me to receive my bonus join credits and Fully activate my account I must surf the required number of sites. Once fully activated my referrer will also receive their bonus credits for referring me. IF I DO NOT fully activate my membership within 14 days I am not interested in remaining with the site and understand you will remove me from the Site without further notice **

It is okay with me if the Administrator of 3x6 Pro Ad Exchange send me the occasional email if they have news or something they feel is worth my consideration. I understand that the Administrator will not abuse this, and emails will be kept to a minimum. If they send too many emails, I will request a payout and quit the program.

I WILL NOT put any sites either Pornographic, Illegal OR objectionable in nature on the Exchange be it via Surf Site, Hotlink or Banner. If in doubt of the acceptability of a site I will contact the Administrators Prior to setting it up. I also understand that doing so may result in my Membership on the Traffic Site being terminated without warning which will result in the loss of any and all earnings I may have accumulated.

I WILL NOT open multiple browser windows to surf. I know the reason that people join a surfing site is to get exposure of their various sites and offers, and opening multiple windows pretty much means I am not ever going to really look at their sites and that wouldn t be right.. after all, I want them to look at my sites as well. If caught cheating this way (or any other way) I accept and deserve to have my membership cancelled, my sites/banners deleted and forfeit any and all income I may have earned.

I WILL make sure that any sites I add to the Exchange loads fast enough to be seen within the timer settings.� There is just no point in my listing a site that is slow loading.� Also, I will NOT put up a site that I can not control.� Sites with multiple popups and popunders or other frame stopping or irritating gadgets will be removed without warning and banned from the system.

I UNDERSTAND that the Exchange may or may not accept rotator sites at its own discretion.� Because they are beyond my control. I further understand that if I choose to USE a rotator site and something on it breaks frames I will likely loose my account and any earnings I may have accumulated.� It would PROBABLY be best for me to avoid posting those types of sites.

I also understand that the speed of all Traffic Sites can be effected by the number of sites in the Database. Should my account show a negative balance and no activity for a period of more than 3 months, the administrators will assume I have abandoned my account and remove it to keep the active members surfing at the best possible speed.

I UNDERSTAND that AlertPay is the only payment processor used at 3x6 Pro Ad Exchange for both paying membership fees and receiving commissions, and it is my responsibility to make sure I have adequate funds in my AlertPay account to cover monthly membership fees. I also agree to make sure I have a Personal Pro or Business account at AlertPay to avoid any restrictions in receiving my commissions.

I UNDERSTAND that my monthly membership fees are due every month on the day of the month that I joined, or the day of the month that I upgraded to a higher membership level. If I am late in paying my monthly fees, I understand that I will be given a 7 days grace to pay my outstanding membership fees, or be terminated; thus losing any earnings due to me.

After I upgrade to a higher membership level, I understand it is my responsibility to cancel my previous subscription at my payment processor account (AlertPay), so that I am not double billed for two membership levels. If I fail to do so and I am double billed, then the administrator may refund me the lower membership fee minus any processor fees incurred by the administrator.

I UNDERSTAND that when I join or Upgrade to a higher membership level the membership fees are paid in order to receive ad credits and services, and these membership fees are Nonrefundable!

I UNDERSTAND that commissions are paid within the first week of every month for the previous months earning. I also agree that I must have a balance of at least $2.00 in my 3x6 Pro account in order to be paid. If I owe membership fees, I understand my 3x6 Pro account will be placed on "hold" until my outstanding fees are paid. Once again, I understand that if my membership fees are not paid within the 7 day grace period, I risk forfeiting any present, and future, funds in my 3x6 Pro account.

I also understand that there are NO guarantees to the amount of money I can earn from the 3x6 Pro Ad Exchange Program because of the countless variables beyond the administrators control.

I will also never make false claims, or give misleading information, to prospects in an attempt to generate referrals, and if I am caught doing such fraudulent activities, the administrator has the right to cancel my membership and I will lose any and all earnings due to me.

I HATE SPAM! I will never use any type of SPAM methodogies or techniques in promoting this site. I agree that if I am caught SPAMMING I will be terminated immediately from this site and forfeit any earnings due to me.

I also understand that I will use this site "as is" and at my own risk, and will hold the administrator blameless for any loss of data due to server crashes, computer maintenance, or any other unforeseen technical problems.

It is MY responsibility to check out these terms from time to time as they may change without notification.

If at anytime, for any reason, I do not agree with these terms and conditions I will terminate my use of this site immediately.
